CoRover.ai is the Silent Winner of Indian LLM Race

CoRover and ChangeInkk have launched AskPurpleFlame, India’s first multilingual AI-driven help desk focused on learning disabilities. This chatbot supports over 200 million Indians with conditions such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia by providing resources and promoting inclusiveness.

AskPurpleFlame is based on insights from training over 100,000 government school teachers, employers, higher education institutions, parents, and policymakers. Available 24/7, the platform is guided by the fictional character Purple Flame, a dyslexic female superhero. Users can interact via text or voice in English and Hindi, with plans to add more Indian languages soon.

ChangeInkk is an Indian non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, particularly dyslexia, and creating a more inclusive society.

Despite recognition under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016, learning disabilities are often overlooked in India, affecting an estimated 200 million people, including 35 million students. Many face challenges like poor learning outcomes and increased mental health issues due to a lack of resources. AskPurpleFlame aims to fill this gap by providing critical information to students, parents, teachers, and policymakers.

“AskPurpleFlame is not just a chatbot, it is a resource for families facing stigma and lack of awareness about learning disabilities,” said Noopur, co-founder and Trustee of ChangeInkk. “Our goal is to make information and support accessible for those with learning disabilities.”

CoRover is employing its Sovereign AI, BharatGPT, to run AskPurpleFlame, which offers real-time information that can be accessed from any device.

The chatbot assists users in various stages, from initial inquiries to managing daily challenges related to specific learning disabilities (SLDs). It offers educators resources for identifying students’ needs and helps parents advocate for their children. Moreover, it provides policymakers with guidance for developing inclusive education strategies.

“By combining CoRover’s AI expertise and ChangeInkk’s experience in addressing learning disabilities, we aim to help stakeholders navigate these challenges,” said Ankush Sabharwal, Founder and CEO of CoRover. “AskPurpleFlame is the first step toward creating a more inclusive society.”

The economic potential for accessible tools is significant, with an estimated $13 trillion in purchasing power among people with disabilities and their families worldwide.
