Top 10 New GCCs in India to Watch in 2025

India’s global capability centre (GCC) landscape is entering its most transformative phase yet, marked by an incredible surge in greenfield investments. Unlike expansions of existing facilities, greenfield GCCs are entirely new centres, created to extend their parent organisations’ global footprint in India.

The scale of this growth is striking. According to data from Inductus Group shared with AIM, over 140 new greenfield GCCs have been launched across the country in the past 30 months alone, collectively set to generate more than 70,000 jobs.

Some of the companies contributing to this growth in 2025 are as follows:

  1. Jaggaer (Hyderabad)

JAGGAER, a North Carolina–headquartered cloud-based procurement automation company, has launched a new GCC in Hyderabad. The centre will act as a key hub for developing the company’s agentic AI platform and advancing its software engineering, cloud operations and IT services for global markets.
