Tech Mahindra Partners with ServiceNow to Deliver GenAI Enterprise Service Management

Tech Mahindra has announced its integration with ServiceNow to launch the One E2E Platform, an end-to-end enterprise service management solution. The platform aims to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness by embedding its generative AI offerings into critical business processes.

This collaboration combines Tech Mahindra’s industry expertise with the ServiceNow platform’s capabilities, focusing on joint go-to-market strategies to drive digital transformation for enterprises worldwide.

The One E2E Platform integrates advanced analytics, AI, and automation through Tech Mahindra’s netOps.now AI accelerator available on the ServiceNow Store. It is designed to optimise network operations and enhance service delivery across sectors like communications, manufacturing, BFSI, and healthcare.

Atul Soneja, COO at Tech Mahindra, said, “By integrating GenAI with our industry expertise, we aim to address these issues and improve customer experiences with the One E2E Platform. Together with ServiceNow, we’re redefining how enterprises succeed in the digital era.”

The partnership also includes a significant investment in workforce development. Through the ServiceNow Enterprise Learning Agreement, Tech Mahindra plans to double its ServiceNow certifications within the next year, offering free certification opportunities to employees.

Speaking earlier with AIM, Sumeet Mathur, SVP and MD of ServiceNow India Technology & Business Centre, said the company has been actively working in AI for over a decade, making the transition to GenAI an incremental step rather than a leap. Three years ago, ServiceNow acquired Element AI, which laid the foundation for its advancements in LLMs. “Our GenAI offerings are persona-focused,” Mathur explained, emphasising tailored solutions for employees, agents, and developers.

Erica Volini, SVP of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, highlighted the collaboration’s potential: “Combining Tech Mahindra’s deep telecom and industry expertise with our platform, we are well-positioned to deliver advanced AI solutions to customers.”

Tech Mahindra’s ServiceNow offerings have already delivered tangible results. Ahlstrom, a global leader in fiber-based materials, has leveraged these solutions to drive data-driven insights, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery.

ServiceNow is committed to fostering AI advancements within India. “India’s vibrant technology landscape is ripe for GenAI adoption,” Mathur observed, emphasising the role of local enterprises in driving global shifts.
