Khosla Ventures backed DevRev, an AI-native platform for enterprises, has unveiled new product enhancements aimed at transforming enterprise SaaS through advanced conversational AI Agents to streamline workflows and simplify operations for businesses, addressing common challenges in AI adoption.

The new “Conversational AI Builder” allows businesses to design custom AI agents through a no-code interface, ensuring up to 95% accuracy in completing tasks.

“AI agents will only be as good as the context we provide them,” the company said, emphasising the role of its knowledge graph in powering its AgentOS platform.

While speaking with AIM, Manoj Agarwal, the co-founder of DevRev, explained the importance of knowledge graphs. “The AI knowledge graph is the hardest thing to get right,” admitted Agarwal, pointing to the challenges of syncing data from multiple systems and keeping it updated in real-time. However, DevRev has managed to overcome these hurdles, enabling organisations to bring their data into a single platform where it can be organised, analysed, and acted upon.

DevRev’s SaaS 2.0 is centred on three pillars: search, workflows, and analytics. The platform’s conversational AI interface is designed to provide highly accurate searches, personalised automation, and real-time analytics, allowing businesses to access information quickly and streamline decision-making processes.

One of the core features is DevRev’s enhanced search, which addresses the inefficiency of switching between apps and documents to find critical information. The AI, powered by the knowledge graph, pulls data from various sources, including documents, Slack threads, emails, and live chat, transforming raw data into actionable insights for teams.

DevRev has introduced ‘Conversational Search,’ a pre-built AI agent that sifts through both structured and unstructured data to help sales, support, product, and engineering teams spot trends and streamline operations.

DevRev’s AI workflows blend automation with human oversight, providing flexibility while maintaining control over key business processes. The new ‘Conversational Incident Management’ solution tackles one of the most expensive issues in SaaS: IT outages and lost productivity.

By integrating customer support and incident management, DevRev ensures that issues are routed to the right subject matter experts, reducing resolution times and improving system reliability by 30%.

DevRev’s analytics, driven by its knowledge graph, offer real-time insights into system issues, customer behaviour, and product performance. The platform’s ‘Conversational Customer 360’ feature enables teams to monitor customer health proactively, capturing data from all touchpoints, including product usage and incident reports. This comprehensive view helps companies detect churn risks and take preventive actions.

Unlike competitors, DevRev consolidates customer data across multiple sources, providing real-time insights into engagement and experience. “Only 7% of companies monitor customer health regularly,” the company noted, highlighting its solution’s potential to transform customer success management.

DevRev’s AgentOS is designed to integrate seamlessly into business workflows, offering AI-native solutions that enhance, rather than replace, human tasks. By building on a customizable data model, DevRev ensures its platform delivers value across all business applications, much like B2C platforms such as Airbnb and Apple.
