Cognizant Launches Vibe Coding-as-a-Service

Cognizant has rolled out the Enterprise Vibe Coding Blueprint, a suite of services and reusable IP aimed at helping Global 2000 companies operationalise AI-assisted coding across technical and non-technical teams.

The offering draws on the company’s experience from its record-breaking Vibe Coding Week, recognised by Guinness World Records as the largest online generative AI-assisted coding event.

The suite packages advisory, enablement insights, and tools that allow enterprises to experiment with AI, convert ideas into prototypes, and accelerate employee AI proficiency. Cognizant said the services help organisations select AI tools, set up security controls, mobilise employees across skill levels, and turn promising concepts into tangible outcomes.

“AI-first enterprises will distinguish themselves by putting powerful tools in peoples’ hands and giving them a safe, structured way to create,” Ravi Kumar S, CEO of Cognizant, said. “With the Enterprise Vibe Coding Blueprint, we’re translating Cognizant’s hands-on experience into a repeatable playbook combining advisory, enablement, and our own IP, so clients can unlock innovation across the enterprise.”

Cognizant developed key IP for Vibe Coding Week, including the Vibe Coding Hub, which handled registration, learning, team formation, prototype submission, evaluation, and asset collation. The company also deployed Cognizant Neuro, an AI-powered system built by its AI Research Lab, to evaluate prototypes at scale.

The initiative targets both developers and business teams. Developers can reduce repetitive work and focus on architecture and innovation, while functions like marketing, operations, and sales can contribute directly via natural language collaboration with AI, generating prototypes that engineering teams can act on faster.

Cognizant’s blueprint includes a secure platform for participant management, learning, and prototype tracking, and a multi-agent evaluation system for automated scoring and feedback on prototypes. Phil Fersht, CEO of HFS Research, called it “a practical model to democratise AI innovation by combining governance, enablement, and rapid prototyping to create real business outcomes.”

During the Vibe Coding Week earlier this year, over 250,000 employees registered, tens of thousands attended masterclasses, and more than 32,000 prototype applications were developed across business domains.
