Uniphore Raises $260 Mn Led by NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, & Databricks

Uniphore has raised $260 million in a series F round led by NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, valuing the company at $2.5 billion. The new funding will speed up innovation on Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud, a platform that helps large companies deploy secure, enterprise-grade AI.

“This raise is special because we’re backed not just by financial investors but by the world’s leading AI and data companies,” Uniphore CEO and co-founder Umesh Sachdev, said. “It’s a big validation of our role as the leader in business AI.”

Uniphore’s platform connects AI agents, models, and data so businesses can automate workflows and improve efficiency while maintaining data security. Over 2,000 enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, use its tools.

Partners like KPMG and Konecta are building AI agents on the platform for use in areas such as finance, customer service, and operations. Clients like Allstate, Bloomberg Media, The Washington Post, and Dell also use Uniphore to streamline processes and personalize customer experiences.

Investors say the company is becoming a key player in enterprise AI infrastructure. NVIDIA’s Hemant Dhulla said Uniphore “is enabling organisations to unlock real business outcomes while keeping control of their data,” while Snowflake’s Harsha Kapre noted that the partnership “brings agentic AI directly to customer data without compromising security.”

Uniphore has recently expanded through acquisitions, including ActionIQ and Infoworks, and plans to acquire Orby AI and Autonom8 to strengthen its AI automation capabilities.

Existing investors NEA and March Capital also increased their stakes, pointing to Uniphore’s rapid growth and strong customer adoption. The company plans to use the new capital to scale its Business AI Cloud globally and accelerate enterprise AI adoption across industries.
