ZillOut Secures ₹2.75 Crore Seed Funding to Enhance India’s Nightlife

ZillOut, an AI-driven SaaS platform aiming to transform India’s nightlife and venue operations, has raised ₹2.75 crore in a seed funding round. As per media reports, this investment, led by the Jindagi Live Angel Fund and supported by other angel investors, brings the Bengaluru-based startup’s total funding to ₹4.35 crore.

Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Sharma, Nayan Mishra, and Anshul Jhawar, ZillOut addresses the fragmented nature of India’s going-out ecosystem. The platform integrates venue operations with AI-driven guest intelligence, providing a unified solution that streamlines processes and enhances the customer experience.

The platform integrates infrastructure management with data analysis to assist venues in streamlining operations, recognising high-value guests, and delivering tailored experiences via a unified QR code system.

Its three-layer approach, Infrastructure, Data, and Distribution, optimises everything from bookings and entry management to personalised guest interactions.

Since its inception, ZillOut has onboarded over 150 venues across 20 cities, including Goa, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Gurugram. The platform has facilitated over ₹80 crore in transactions, managed more than 6 lakh verified guest entries, and processed over 50,000 online bookings. Notably, it has helped venues recover over ₹2 crore in potential revenue leakage.

The newly secured funds will be utilised to scale AI capabilities, enhance automation, advance technology development, and support business expansion and marketing efforts. ZillOut also plans to extend its services to international markets, including Dubai and Southeast Asia.

This investment underscores the growing recognition of AI’s potential to revolutionise the hospitality and entertainment sectors, positioning ZillOut as a key player in the evolution of India’s going-out experience.
