Yotta Acquires IndiQus to Reduce India’s Reliance on Foreign Cloud Players

In a strategic move aimed at reinforcing India’s position in the global AI and cloud landscape, Yotta Data Services has acquired IndiQus Technologies, the parent company of Apiculus, a leading cloud platform provider. The acquisition significantly enhances Yotta’s cloud and AI capabilities, marking a bold step toward accelerating India’s digital transformation through ‘Made in India’ technologies.

Yotta’s acquisition of IndiQus is designed to reduce India’s reliance on foreign cloud and AI providers, positioning the company as a key player in the nation’s evolving digital infrastructure. In the recent past, the Telangana government has partnered with Yotta Data Services to launch India’s largest AI supercomputer, equipped with 25,000 GPUs.
