As demand continues to rise, Supercoder plans to extend its reach to junior-level software engineers by the second half of 2024. This will address the immediate need for more skilled workers and foster a culture of learning and development within the tech community.

In addition, Supercoder has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), aimed at enhancing the connectivity between Indian developers and international markets, particularly South Korea.
